MORNINGS WITH MCELROY for Tuesday December 4, 2012 where the Redskins have upgraded their playoff status this morning from doubtful to questionable in my opinion. I said last week entering this game against the Giants that if the Redskins playoff chances were an injury report, I would have them as "doubtful" but if you win Monday I will upgrade you.
They won.
What a big win by the Redskins last night in a smash mouth NFC East game that had the feel of a playoff game in December.
Today, you still may not really buy the Redskins as a playoff team but you cant ignore they are seriously in the conversation.
Much more at 3pm
The Redskins are 6-6 and 1 game behind the Giants and the schedule down the stretch show the Giants have the tougher schedule:
Redskins: Baltimore, at Cleveland, at Philadelphia, Dallas
Giants: New Orleans, at Atlanta, at Baltimore, Philadelphia.

Fun to See: VCU fans not letting conference realignment dilute their hatred of Old Dominion in preparation for Friday night's game. Maybe some would ask if VCU Ram Nation were peaking early as yesterday their fan base started off #oduHateWeek on Twitter. But knowing the fan base's disdain for their Norfolk rivals, VCU fans are loving to see the Monarchs struggling early on at 1-6 and are just frothing over Friday night.
