D.A.D.'s Day Information

D.A.D.s Day is brought to you by both McGeorge Mercedes-Benz locations
West Broad and Midlothian Turnpike

This June, Sports Radio 910 is conducting a month long effort to raise money and create awareness for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

All donations will be given to the Central Virginia Chapter of the JDRF.

In 1998, Frank McElroy, father of Wes, was diagnosed with diabetes. He has lived for the past 11 years with the disease and is a very healthy 60 year old today. Wes knows all sons aren’t as lucky, as 180,000* people die each year from diabetes.

Sports Radio 910 is asking all our listeners to donate $1.00 this month to the JDRF.

D.A.D.’s stands for Dollars Against Diabetes. Join Wes at different area Richmond locations to donate a dollar. You can also stop by McGeorge Mercedes-Benz (8225 West Broad St.) or Mercedes-Benz of Richmond (12200 Midlothian Turnpike) anytime to donate or test drive a new Mercedes at either location and McGeorge Mercedes will donate $10 to the JDRF. Heart of Virginia Aviation
The bearer of this certificate shall receive an hour introduction to the fascinating world of aviation with a Certificated Flight Instructor in one of our aircraft based at Hanover County Airport (KOFP). You will spend a ½ hour on the ground with the instructor learning the basics of aviation and your Tecnam Sport aircraft. Following the instruction, you will then *take to the sky* for a ½ hour flight, and with the guidance of your instructor, *take the controls* and personally experience the thrill of flight for yourself.
