Tony Bruno Joins JT "The Brink" as Fox Sports Radio Delivers Head-Turning, One-Two Punch to it's Evening Line Up
The Fox Sports Radio Network announced that beginning Monday, August 10th, Tony Bruno, one of the top sports talk radio hosts in the U.S., will rejoin the network line-up in the 10pm-1am timeslot. Produced by The Content Factory, Into the Night with Tony Bruno will feature Bruno's entertaining, informative and candid takes on the day in sports, as well as popular culture, lifestyle and more. His trademark, no-holds-barred approach to radio will continue to captivate listeners across the country. As part of this addition, JT "The Brick" will shift to the 1-6am timeslot. The move gives JT one hour of AM drive time on the east coast to entertain commuters on the drive into work. The back-to-back positioning of these programs will create eight hours of the most compelling, live interactive, evening programming in sports radio.

Tony Bruno is a radio veteran with more than 35 years in broadcasting. His career began at the age of 18 at Philadelphia's legendary WFIL Famous 56. Bruno served in carious positions including newscaster, street reporter, sports reporter, and later, sports talk host. Local award-winning sports coverage of the Philadelphia teams in the 70's caught the ears of New York executives and landed him his first network job in 1980- anchoring weekend updates for RKO Radio Networks. In 1992, Bruno joined ESPN for the launch of their national radio network and eight years later, joined FOX Sports Radio for the network's launch in 2000.
Bruno's radio journey has led him to become an award-winning reporter, anchor and talk host at the highest level in the industry. He has regularly appeared on the Best Damn Sports Show Period on Fox Sports TV, as well as many local and national television programs. EA Sports chose Bruno to be a part of the most successful video game franchise ever, hosting a radio show inside Madden NFL 2005 ,2006 and 2007. In 2004, Los Angeles Magazine named him to their list of the 101 best things in LA ("Best Of LA" edition),and The Los Angeles Timeshas said Bruno is "possibly the best sports talk show host in America." As he enters his fifth decade of broadcasting, Bruno's youthful energy, desire to keep learning, and passion in everything he does, remain stronger than ever.
